At Clip Mandate, we provide digital products and services. Because of their nature, refunds and returns follow specific rules.
1. Digital Products
All Clip Mandate products are digital and delivered electronically once payment is confirmed.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued if:
You were charged more than once due to a technical error.
You did not receive access after successful payment and support cannot resolve it.
The product differs significantly from its description.
Refund requests outside these cases will not be accepted, as digital products cannot be “returned” once accessed.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Change of mind after purchase.
Inability to use the product due to device limitations.
Discounted, bundle, or promotional purchases unless faulty.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact info@clipmandate.com within 7 days of purchase. Provide your order number and reason. Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days.
5. Cancellations
If subscriptions are offered, you may cancel anytime. You will retain access until the end of the billing cycle. No partial refunds for unused time.
